  • Director

Aysaac Allen was born in the Caribbean, in the West Indies on a former British colony once home to the native Carib and Arawak tribes. Growing up on the island, surrounded by natural beauty and cultural diversity, helped shape his early view of the world: one where service, purpose, and connection matter. These values; honesty, integrity, loyalty, and courage have guided him ever since.

His path has been anything but linear. From apprenticing at a small, family-run floor treatment business to navigating Wall Street, insurance, and public relations, Aysaac built his career by embracing challenge and change. His deep curiosity, discipline, and drive led him into New York City real estate, where he learned the business from the ground up eventually founding his own consulting firm and partnering with some of the city’s most respected developers.

But Aysaac has always believed in more than business. A veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and a member of Trinity Wall Street and the Freemasons, his life’s work has been a reflection of service, whether through creative expression, philanthropy, or now, environmental restoration.

The Water 2030 Initiative is deeply personal to him. It brings together his love for New York City, his Caribbean roots, and his lifelong belief that communities thrive when they care for the resources that sustain them. To Aysaac, restoring waterways isn’t just about clean water; it’s about dignity, resilience, and imagining a future where people and planet heal together.

Today, he leads the campaign with the same principles that have shaped his journey: purpose, creativity, and unwavering commitment.
